I incorporate therapeutic techniques, including Motivational Interviewing, based on your individual needs, experiences, and goals.
Together, we can explore the challenges you're facing while identifying your strengths, developing healthy coping strategies, and creating meaningful change. I understand that mental and emotional wellness does not exist in isolation. Trauma, family experiences, relationships, culture, systemic barriers, and everyday life stressors can all influence how we experience and respond to the world around us.
